→ How can I contact you?

Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or concerns! I always try to respond to emails as fast as I can, reply times may be a bit slower on the weekends. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

→ Where is your shop based? Where do you ship from? 

My shop is based in Toronto, ON, Canada. Most apparel items ship from the USA as we work with printing partners across the border who help with garment printing. Please check the individual listing for shipping details.

→ How long will it take to get my apparel order? 

Usually, it takes 3–10 business days to print and package an apparel order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–10 business days
Canada: 5-15 business days
These are just estimates, shipping times may vary. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!

→ I purchased a digital download, how to I access the files? 

A download link will be available once payment is submitted. Additionally a message will be sent instantly to the email you provided at checkout. Just click on the link and the files should be available to download!

→ Are you accepting commissions?

Commissions are currently closed. Feel free to follow me on social media for updates.

→ What is your return/exchange policy?

I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

→ Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store.

→ Will I be changed customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in MoshiMochiCo's control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
